We make every effort to display product photos, colors, item condition, and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen will display colors or details exactly as they appear in person.

All product descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Because our inventory is limited and collectible in nature, placing an item in your cart does not guarantee availability until checkout is completed and payment is processed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if inventory is unavailable, incorrectly listed, suspected of fraud, placed in error, or otherwise unable to be fulfilled.

We do not guarantee that any product purchased will meet every customer expectation beyond the description, photos, and condition notes provided in the listing.

Section 6 — Returns, Refunds, and Final Sale Policy

Due to the collectible nature of our inventory, limited item availability, and the fact that The Elder Vault is a small, independently operated shop, all sales are considered final once an order has been placed.

We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, duplicate purchases, change of mind, or failure to read the item description before purchasing.

All Skylanders figures, accessories, and collectibles are sold as used and loose unless otherwise stated in the product description. Please review all photos, product details, and condition notes before placing your order.

If an incorrect order was processed, or if damage occurred during handling, packaging, or shipping, The Elder Vault will review the issue and determine the best available resolution. Depending on the situation, we may re-process and ship the correct order, provide a replacement when available, file a shipping insurance claim, offer store credit, issue a partial refund, issue a full refund, or provide another reasonable resolution.

Because many items are limited, used, loose, or one-of-a-kind, exact replacements may not always be available.

Section 7 — Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order placed with us.

We may cancel or limit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors, bots, fraudulent accounts, or accounts attempting to abuse promotions or inventory limits.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, account, and contact information for all purchases made through our store.

The Elder Vault is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

We make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders in a timely manner. Shipping times, delivery dates, and carrier estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are subject to the carrier’s policies and performance.

The Elder Vault is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, weather, holidays, customs, mail disruptions, or events outside of our control.

If an item is lost, damaged, or delayed in transit, we may assist with reviewing the issue and, when applicable, filing a shipping insurance claim.

Customers may be required to provide photos, packaging, tracking details, or other information needed to complete a shipping claim.
