Refund policy

Due to the collectible nature of our inventory, limited item availability, and the fact that The Elder Vault is a small, independently operated shop, all sales are considered final once an order has been placed.

We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, duplicate purchases, change of mind, or failure to read the item description before purchasing.

All Skylanders figures, accessories, and collectibles are sold as used and loose unless otherwise stated in the product description. Please review all photos, product details, and condition notes before placing your order.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or if something is missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box when applicable.

If an incorrect order was processed, or if damage occurred during handling, packaging, or shipping, The Elder Vault will review the issue and determine the best available resolution. Depending on the situation, we may re-process and ship the correct order, provide a replacement when available, file a shipping insurance claim, offer store credit, issue a partial refund, issue a full refund, or provide another reasonable resolution.

Because many items are limited, used, loose, or one-of-a-kind, exact replacements may not always be available. If a replacement or corrected item is unavailable, The Elder Vault will work with the customer to determine the most appropriate resolution.
