At this time, The Elder Vault ships within the US only. We hope to expand in the future!
What is the condition of the figures being sold?
Unless otherwise noted, all figures are loose (out of box) and pre-owned. Here's what that may mean:
- Figures may have scuffs, scratches, or worn edges from normal play
- Figures may show minor cosmetic wear such as faded or chipped paint
- Figures may have small paint transfer marks from contact with other figures
- Traps may look more "faded" or less vibrant than shown on the site — in most cases, this reflects how they were originally manufactured and sold
That said:
- Every figure is guaranteed to work in-game
- Every figure has been tested before listing
- Select figures have been restored to factory condition
- This applies to Creation Crystals, but not Traps
Are the Creation Crystals reset?
Yes! Every Creation Crystal available at The Elder Vault has been fully reset. You'll be able to select your Imaginator's Battle Class as if it were brand new.
Will the figures I receive look exactly like the pictures?
Not always — though they'll usually be pretty close. Many product images on our site are stock photos or digital renders, so colors may vary slightly from figure to figure. Worth noting: Traps and figures with Traptanium weapons often show color fading from later production runs. This isn't sun damage — it's simply a factory variation from how they were originally made and sold.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders ship via USPS or UPS, and you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way. We ship exclusively in boxes — no padded mailers or envelopes. Every order is packed with care so it arrives in the same shape it left us.
What can I expect after placing an order?
You'll receive an order confirmation email right away. From there, we typically have your order packaged and ready within 3 business days (often sooner), at which point you'll get a second email with your tracking details.
NOTE: If either email doesn't show up, give your Spam folder a check before reaching out.
Once shipped, delivery is in the carrier's hands. Most US orders arrive within 2–5 business days, averaging around 3 days. Allow extra time during peak holiday periods. International orders generally take 1–4 weeks, depending on the destination and any customs processing involved.

When will a specific item be back in stock?
Honestly, we can't say for certain. Skylanders are out of production, so restocking isn't as simple as placing a new order. We're always on the hunt for more figures though, and new inventory gets added to the shop on a regular basis. Your best bet is to check back often — good finds don't last long!
How often is the shop updated?
We add new inventory multiple times throughout the week, but there's no fixed day or time. Keep an eye on the shop and check back regularly — you never know what might show up. Updates will be previewed on the Skylanders Academy Discord.
What should I do if I receive a broken or damaged figure?
Every figure is tested in-game and carefully inspected before it's listed. We pack each order with attention to detail because we want your Skylanders arriving in great shape.
That said, shipping can be unpredictable. If your order arrives damaged and it wasn't sold as a damaged item, please email us at support@theeldervault.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage and we'll work to make it right.
